- Dr. Santos examines a continuum which begins with the production of mass mediated tourism narratives and ends with the power of individuals to negotiate such narratives. She is the co-director of the Tourism Lab for Economic and Social Behavior Research, and serves on two editorial boards – Annals of Tourism Research and Tourism Culture and Communication.
